Automatic Ply Verification (APV)
can be added to any LASERGUIDE system. APV uses a hand-held instrument called a HAMPI  to verify material type, sequence, orientation and absence of full ply backing FOD on a ply-by-ply basis. The quality documentation created by the LASERGUIDE APV (stored, analyzed digital images of accurate fabrication) provides a more detailed record of proper fabrication than other methods available today.
